We are committed to providing you with high-quality Traditional Saunas, Infrared saunas, Cold Plunges, Steam Room,Outdoor Showers, hot tubs, Sauna Heaters and wellness products, along with a transparent and secure shopping experience. This Billing Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payments, billing, and financial transactions on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth below.

• Accepted Payment Methods

To ensure a smooth and secure checkout, we accept the following payment methods through our Shopify-powered platform:
  • Credit & Debit Cards:  Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay.
  • Interac e-Transfer: Available for orders placed via direct contact or for local Calgary pickup/delivery. Please contact us to arrange this.

• 2 Shipping & Delivery

  • For our portable saunas, delivery is via USPS, UPS, FedEx.
  • For our wooden saunas, standard delivery is curbside only. Drivers are not obligated to move Products beyond the curbside.
  • Happy Sauna is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses once Products are in the custody of the carrier.
  • Claims for shipping damage must be submitted within 14 days of delivery to support@saunabox.com

• 3 Returns & Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled before shipment are subject to a processing fee depending on payment method.
  • Orders cancelled in transit or after delivery are subject to restocking fees (up to $1,250 for large sauna units) plus return freight costs.

• 4 Warranty Disclaimer

Except as expressly covered under Happy Sauna’s published warranty policies, all Products are sold “AS IS.” Happy Sauna disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• 5 Limitation of Liability

Happy Sauna’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Product. Happy Sauna shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, medical expenses, downtime, or property damage.

• 6 Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All manuals, branding, packaging, designs, and content remain the sole property of Happy Sauna. Customers may not copy, reverse engineer, or distribute proprietary materials without written consent.
